Terms of Service

Using PrayServe
By creating an account you agree to these terms. You must be 13 or older, provide accurate information, and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Your conduct
PrayServe is a faith community that includes young people. Be honest and respectful: log prayer and service truthfully (leaders verify service hours), and don’t submit content that is unlawful, harassing, or harmful. We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service or other members.
Your content
Journal reflections, service logs, and other content you submit remain yours. You give us the limited permission needed to store and process that content to run the app (for example, showing your service log to your parish leader for verification), as described in our Privacy Policy.
Events and service opportunities
Events and opportunities in the app are organized by parishes, ministries, and community partners — not by PrayServe. Attend at your own judgment and follow your organizer’s guidance; PrayServe is not responsible for what happens at third-party events.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete account), which permanently removes your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimers
PrayServe is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Questions: support@stack26.dev.
